Master Bedroom Update

After adding a closet in the upstairs hallway, we quickly realized we needed a little more space for clothing and storage in the bedroom so we decided to put the “floater space” in the bedroom to good use. We added a small clothing rack, vintage chair and a full length mirror to make it more of a dressing space. We also rearranged the cabinets to the right and plan on wall mounting them soon.

Vintage milk bottle vase, brass bowls, dala horse and wire cuff.

We were so happy to find dark walnut wood clothes hangers that matched the ones we were using in our other closet. The only difference with these is the top is black and not a silver metal. No big deal.

Gold metal cuff bracelet.

And of course Lambi sensed the camera and came strolling in…

We have a few other plans for the bedroom and upstairs area which includes knocking out a few walls, and building some in the process to accommodate a larger walk-in closet space with plenty of storage, so we’ll keep you posted!

Lovely arrangement. I love how the green of that coat and handbag freshens up the palette and reminds me of spring. I also recognize that light-colored dress you have! I actually bought a navy version of it from H&M :)

I think they are called “Spider Mums”. They seem to last for quite a while too!

Thanks Morgan! We’re still in love with the flooring and keep talking about installing it throughout the house too. :)
